Resident Experiences
The College Suites have been a great place to live it’s in a good location can get to and from Ithaca and Syracuse easily. It provides tv, internet and washer and dryers within close proximity, a workout room to get exercise in. It’s cleaned daily and the staff are good people. It’s a quiet area which isn’t a bad thing. Keep up the good work!

The staff is so nice, the apartments are so clean. There is a gym and a place to hang out with friends, a pool table and pong table next to the gym. I have use the tables multiple times and the gym has everything you need besides squat racks but we’re only 2 minute away from the SLC on campus so it’s great. This is my second year here and I love it. 10/10 recommend.

I've been living at this apartment for 5 years, and I couldn't be happier with my experience so far. The property is well-maintained, clean, and quiet—perfect for anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to live.
The management team is professional, responsive,. Any maintenance requests I've submitted through the mobile app were handled quickly and efficiently, usually the next day which is something I really appreciate.
The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and comes with all the amenities I need, such as gym and laundry room is a bonus. The kitchen appliances are in great condition, the air conditioning/heating works well, and I love the big windows and light that comes in through.
The location is also a huge plus—walking distance to Aldi and Dunkin’. It’s a very convenient and safe apartment.
Overall, I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place to call home in Cortland, it's been a fantastic experience!

Moved in a few weeks ago and absolutely love it! So homey and quiet. I was so worried about noise before moving in but you could hear a pin drop here. Super friendly management and will help you out with any questions. For my first apartment I’m so happy to be here!
