I have been living here for a year now and I have had some incredible memories occur here at the suites while living with my college friends. I call this place my home away from home and I very much enjoy living here. The parking is always accessible with many spots being open 24/7. The parking lot is snow plowed often so that is a huge + while living in an area like Cortland which gets a lot of snow. The work and maintenance staff have always been helpful when it comes to fixing lights, changing carbon monoxide filters, and painting the hallways, which look great by the way! The appliances that these apartments come with work great and the apartments are clean and spacious. The washers and dryers are easily accessible in the buildings. On top of all of that, the weight room is an awesome spot and I'm very glad that College Suites can offer that. The only downside is they are missing 15lb. dumbbells and a bench in the weight room.

I have nothing bad to say about living at college suites so far! Management is super flexible and helpful along with the amazing cleaning and maintenance staff. I would especially recommend living at College suites if you enjoy having a quiet, clean-living space!

We have lived here for past 9 months now. Buildings are secure and very clean. Staff are very friendly, considerate, respectful, and very caring.
Both myself and partner are disabled and our 4bedroom apt is handicapped accessible for our wheelchairs. There is wonderful amenities here like; included utilities, cable TV, Wi-Fi, top notch gym with TVs to have music or on during workouts, community room with pool table, Ping-Pong table, dart boards, big screen TV and lounge area, another community room with bar height table and chairs, vending machines, outdoor stone patio with barbecues, table and chairs, a basketball court.
The tenants are friendly, quiet and respectful. We recommend this place highly. Come see for yourself!

Staff is great and place is nice. Any sort of issues that came up (microwave not working, light bulbs out, etc.) were resolved pretty quickly once we left a notice for staff/maintenance. Parking has never been an issue and the Wi-Fi works great for phones and laptops and I was able to plug my X-Box in with a land cable. Gym equipment could have a little more variety, but it is great for what it is (I mostly workout at the school's gym anyway)
